Meilleur Ouvrier de France Dominique Geulin of St. Honoré Boulangerie demonstrates the art of pâte à choux — the classic French dough behind éclairs, profiteroles, gougères, and chouquettes. Held in the Kitchen Area during the Bastille Day Festival. Space is limited; sign-ups begin at 1 PM at the Alliance stand.
