Bar Carlo participates in the global 'Paga Lo Que Puedas / Pay What You Can' initiative started by Masa y Maíz in Mexico City. For one day, guests eat what they'd like and pay what they're able at the end of their meal — no proof of need, no questions, no judgment. Part of a worldwide event spanning 109 restaurants across 61 cities and 14 countries.
