A one-night-only wine dinner collaboration between Two Rivers Fish Company and the Anacréon culinary team, featuring four local chefs each interpreting wild Columbia River king salmon through their own cultural lens — French, Mexican, Japanese, and Pacific Northwest. The event celebrates Native American fishing traditions and the legacy of Columbia River tribes. Limited seating available.
