A deep-dive guided talk and tasting featuring sake legends Miho Imada (Fukucho Shuzo, Hiroshima) and Tetsuro Igarashi (Kumazawa Shuzo/Tensei, Kanagawa), with importer Kome Collective. Miho will debut two new US releases: Hyakushi Senkai Junmai Daiginjo and 'Seahorse' Junmai.
