A one-night-only 10-course nose-to-tail dinner centered around Copper River King and Sockeye salmon, hosted at WOLF PDX. Chefs Ryley Eckersley and Jeremy Shayps bring their firsthand fishery experience from Cordova, Alaska to the table. Part two of a three-part summer collaboration series with Copper River Salmon. $225/person, optional $125 beverage pairing, prepaid reservations required.
