About This Event
A one-day food symposium about the people who grow and make food — farmers, plant breeders, chefs, distillers, and makers. Features morning and afternoon sessions with talks, demos, and tastings, plus a group dinner prepared by local chefs at The Redd. Organized by the OSU Food Innovation Center in collaboration with the Culinary Breeding Network. Tickets: Morning Session $115, Afternoon Session $165, Full Day $250.
