About This Event
A collaborative dinner between Two Rivers Fish Company and the Anacréon culinary team, featuring four chefs each interpreting the same king salmon through their own cultural lens — French, Mexican, Japanese, and Pacific Northwest — paired with Anacréon wines. Held outdoors on the vineyard property. Tickets are $245 ($225 for club members), with 20% gratuity added.
