About This Event
An exclusive one-night-only Sake Brewer Pairing Dinner featuring two legendary Toji (masterbrewers) from Japan — Miho Imada of Imada Brewing (Fukucho) and Tetsuro Igarashi of Kumazawa Brewing (Tensei). Specially crafted dishes by Zilla Sake and Aji Fish Butchery (@aji__pdx) are paired with sakes curated by Kome Collective and Elin Ygren of Columbia Distributing. Two brand-new Fukucho sakes never before poured in the US will be debuted. Limited to 30 seats at $150/person (includes dinner + full sake pairing).
