About This Event
A one-night pop-up experience born of a passion for food, wine, and jazz — inspired by the Salons of the Harlem Renaissance. Featuring bird-forward dishes (collards & chicken skin, duckfat doughnuts, triple birdfat fried chicken, duck poutine, duck pastrami), birdfat-washed cocktails, live Charlie Parker songbook performances, and wines from Henderson Ave and Bryn Mawr Vineyards. Created by two-time James Beard Semifinalist Chef Jonathan Biko Mandela Jones, winemaker Tiquette Bramlett, bartender Iona Tong, and musician Edwin Coleman III.
