About This Event
A hands-on workshop led by Chef Kyoko Adcock teaching the basics of Japanese dashi and soup making, including tonjiru (pork, root vegetables, and miso) and miso shiru (tofu, wakame, and green onions). Space is limited, RSVP is required, and each participant leaves with samples of soup. $35 suggested donation supports Ikoi no Kai.
